A guide to HALLOWEEN

Its almost October 31st and you know what’s coming up. Full blown face makeup, spooky hairstyles, eating so many candies and costumes to wear that’s being stocked up in the cupboard for a year. As much as its important for you’ll to dress up and look good at the parties, it is also important to follow up a post makeup skin care routine. If you follow these steps in the way that is mentioned, a guaranteed flawless skin can be promised (not the one in one of those ponds ads). So brace yourselves and let’s get started!

Step 1 : After a long day of trick or treating, clean your face with a clarifying cleanser. Usually, you will use a normal face makeup remover but for your witch/mermaid/skull/scarecrow makeup to come out of your pretty face, you will need a magician named CLARIFYING cleanser. This is extremely beneficial for your skin because it helps purify your pores and removes impurities. Try the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Purifying Foaming Facial Wash for a good cleanse

Step 2 : Once you are done removing your heavy makeup, follow it up by cleaning your face again with micellar water. This usually helps in cleaning out all the remaining makeup which are clogged up in your pores. Try the Bro Cleansing Micellar Water

Step 3: Hydrate your face with a moisturiser or a Facial oil or if your feeling generous then apply both. Facial oil first and then top it up with a moisturiser. This is one of the best moisturisers that you could come across! La Roche-Posay Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer

Step 4: Give your eyes the princess treatment that it needs as well. Chances are that you must have done one of those crazy eye looks for halloween with big long lashes. After that I am pretty sure your eyes are craving for some love and attention. After cleaning them, make sure to moisturise it well. A good recommendation for moisturising your eyes would be the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Ultra Eye Cream.

Step 5 : Did you just forget about your pout? Lips are also an essential part of your face. You leave them dry, then its a big problem for you. Do not forget to moisturise them well.

Step 6 : Go on a no makeup spree the next day for your face to recover from all the heavy-ness last night!
